HLtag Converter Tutotrial

Step 1. Open Htltagconverter(For the people who are completely computer dumb you have to extract it using winrar or other programs.)
Step 2. there will be three buttons to click on the right. only one will be able to click it should say "1. Open Image" click that and get any image you like

Step 3. Click the "Adjust image" Then clcik "Auto resize" Then " Apply changes and convert to 256 colors

Step4. click on "Save tag" a window will pop up giving you the choices of Save to MOD, Export to .WAD, Export to image file" Click the circle called Export to .WAD then click Ok

Step5. A window will pop up giving you a choice of where to save this, You'll need to click the drop down window and click on desktop save the picture to the desktop naming it "tempdecal.WAD"

Step 6. Close the HLTAGCONVERTER and go to your start menu click on my computer then C:drive then scroll down to program files open that up and scroll down to ethier Valve Or steam

Step7 VALVE FOLDER. If you Have the Vavle folder open that up then go to steam
Click on steam apps Then then the name you chose for you steam account then counter-strike folder then click on cstrike folder , after you've opened this up you will have to scroll down and delete the tempdecal in that folder, then drag the newly converted imag into the folder, then right click on the file/Image scroll down to the bottom of the potions and click on properties,After this another window will pop-up giving you even more options you shouls see a Box you can clcik on and next to it, it says Read only click on that, Then after this is all down close the cstrike folder open up CS and enjoy your spray (The first time you spray it will most likely be a tiny yellow half- life logo, do not worry after the next round or next time you spray it will work,) (If you change your name this will also happen)
